LICENSING:
This product will only be used for personal purposes. The digital download may not be shared or resold to others.
Since this is a digital product, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
PLEASE NOTE: On all digital downloads, once you have completed your order, you can download the PDF file. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT IS SHIPPED.
SHIPPING
Shipment processing time for all physical orders are completed within 2-3 business days; you will receive a tracking number when processing is complete. Once your product has been shipped, please allow the following amount of time to receive your item: USA: 2-8 Business Days; Canada: 3-12 Business Days; Europe: 3-12 Business Days; International: 5-14 Business Days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not replace by us.
